ORDERS

If you have provided incorrect information such as an address, email or telephone number, etc. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible so they can change your data before sending the order. Unfortunately, if that information affects the delivery of your package and your order is already sent out, as a customer, you're responsible for the extra cost that might occur.

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Just double-check to make sure it didn't arrive in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.

You will receive an order confirmation in the email address you entered at checkout. If you have not received confirmation shortly after submitting your order, there may be an issue with your transaction. Contact us, and we'll get it sorted out!

RETURNS

Yes, the customer pays for the return. 

Please note that the return must be sent back to Lithuania.

Have you ordered from the U.S? Please contact us to register a return. Please include information about what products you would like to return.

After registration, you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. Your return package must be well-protected.

CLAIMS

You do not need to return a damaged product to us. 


If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we want to make it right as soon as possible. Please email the following information to info@prrrint.com

The email address that you used when placing the order
- Order number
- Customer name
- Product number
- Photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Photo of your package, if that is possible
- Batch number, if it is a frame.
- Our customer service team will get back to you shortly.

REFUNDS

If you paid for your order with a card, you'd receive a refund back to the same card. If you paid via Paypal, we refer you to them for more information.

We'll issue your refund as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days. Please note that Prrrint must have received your order return or a mailing receipt before issuing a refund.
